Product overview
About Vicks Sinex Natura
Vicks' drug-free decongestant: a hypertonic sea water spray that unblocks the nose in a natural way, drawing fluid out of the swollen lining and washing away mucus so you breathe more easily, with no xylometazoline, no seven-day limit and no rebound. 20ml.
Why sea water
A stronger-than-body salt concentration pulls water out of the puffy nasal lining by osmosis, a gentle physical decongestant, while the rinse clears the mucus and debris of a cold. It's the Sinex to use for the days after a week of medicated spray, in pregnancy, for anyone on blood pressure medicines, or for a mild blockage that doesn't justify a drug.
How to use
One or two sprays into each nostril as needed, up to several times a day, then blow the nose. Use it before a steroid spray if you take one. Check the pack for the minimum age.
Good to know
One bottle per person; wipe the nozzle after use. It may tingle for a moment, which is the salt at work. For a properly blocked nose that needs a stronger decongestant for a few days, Vicks Sinex Micromist is the medicated option, and Vicks First Defence is the one for the first tickle of a cold.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from Sinex Micromist?
Micromist contains oxymetazoline, a decongestant drug limited to seven days. Natura is sea water, so there's no limit and nothing to interact with.
Can I use it in pregnancy?
Yes; it's sea water with no medicine. Ask a pharmacist if you're unsure.
Does it sting?
A brief tingle from the higher salt level is normal. If it's uncomfortable, use an isotonic saline spray instead.
