About Vicks Sinex Micromist

The medicated Sinex: oxymetazoline unblocks the nose fast — within minutes — and keeps it clear for hours, in a fine micromist with a levomenthol aroma. For the blocked nose of colds, sinusitis and hay fever. 15ml.

Why oxymetazoline lasts longer

Oxymetazoline is the longer-acting of the spray decongestants — up to 12 hours per dose — which means two doses covers a day and one covers a night. Fewer doses, steadier relief, and the micromist spreads it finely instead of dripping down the throat.

How to use

Adults and children 12+: spray per the pack directions. Do not exceed 7 consecutive days.

Good to know

The 7-day rule is real: overuse causes rebound congestion that outlasts the cold. For anything longer, saline sprays carry no limit — the two work well in sequence.
