Why timing is everything
Cold viruses spend their first day or two multiplying in the nasal passages before symptoms fully land. First Defence's viscous microgel coats that territory, binding virus particles and lowering nasal pH to hostile levels, then clearing them the way the nose clears everything. After symptoms are established it's the wrong tool — this is strictly a first-signs play.
How to use
At the first tingle, sneeze or scratchy throat: 2–3 sprays per nostril, up to four times daily, for the first couple of days. Adults and children over 12.
Good to know
A medical device, not a drug — no drowsiness, no decongestant cautions, usable alongside your usual remedies. Once a cold has fully arrived, switch to symptom relief and rest; and anything flu-severe or lasting beyond 10 days deserves the pharmacist's opinion.
