Why go to 10%

Higher concentration means more ibuprofen reaching the inflamed tissue per application — the sensible step when the 5% gel is helping but not quite holding a stubborn strain. Still a fraction of the body-wide exposure of tablets.

How to use

Adults 12+: massage a thin layer into the painful area up to three times daily, unbroken skin only, washing hands after. Short-term use per the pack.

Good to know

Topical or not, it's an NSAID — pharmacist check if you take oral anti-inflammatories, have aspirin-sensitive asthma or are pregnant. Doubling up with ibuprofen tablets needs advice first.
