Why 99.9% water matters
Newborn skin is up to 30% thinner than adult skin, and ordinary baby wipes can carry preservatives and fragrance it doesn't need. Wiping with what is essentially purified water means nothing is left on the skin to irritate — which is why water wipes are the standard recommendation for newborns, premature babies and eczema-prone skin.
