Product overview

About Nasofed Relief Saline Nasal Spray

Drug-free congestion relief for every age: a fine mist of isotonic saline that clears, cleanses and soothes the nasal passages so a blocked nose from a cold, hayfever or dry air opens up naturally. Nothing to interact with, no rebound, no age limit. The 15ml bag-size bottle.

Why saline first

Salt water thins mucus and rinses out pollen, dust and the debris of a cold, which is why the NHS suggests it for babies, pregnancy and anyone who can't or would rather not take a decongestant. It also keeps the nose moist in heated rooms and on planes, and it can be used before a steroid spray to clear the way.

How to use

Tilt the head slightly forward, one or two sprays into each nostril, then blow or wipe the nose. Repeat as often as needed through the day, before feeds for a baby and before bed for anyone.

Good to know

One bottle per person; wipe the nozzle after use and replace the bottle as the pack directs after opening. The 100ml bottle is the family size. If a baby is struggling to feed or breathe, or has a fever, see a GP or call 111.
