About Puremar Isotonic Sea Water Nasal Spray

Why sea water
Sea water carries the trace minerals of the ocean as well as salt, and cold micro-filtration keeps them while removing anything unwanted, with no preservatives. An isotonic strength is the one for every day and every age: it washes out pollen, dust and the debris of a cold, keeps the lining moist in heated rooms and on planes, and prepares the nose for a steroid spray.
How to use
Tilt the head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril and press for a short spray; repeat on the other side, then blow the nose. Use once or twice a day for hygiene, or as often as needed during a cold or the pollen season.
Good to know
One can per person; wipe the nozzle after use. It can be used alongside any cold, sinus or hayfever medicine and in pregnancy. For a properly blocked nose, the hypertonic version decongests.
