About Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 30g

The same diclofenac gel as the big tube, sized for the gym bag: anti-inflammatory relief massaged directly into strained backs, pulled muscles and overworked shoulders. 30g — the try-it size, and the travel size. Ages 14+.

Targeted relief, minimal exposure

Rubbed into the skin over the injury, diclofenac reaches the inflamed tissue at working concentrations while the rest of you sees very little of it — the reason topical NSAIDs are recommended first for localised muscle and joint pain, before tablets.

How to use

Adults 14+: massage a small amount into the painful area 2–3 times daily, unbroken skin only, washing hands afterwards (this size has no applicator).

Good to know
