Both actives carry rules: ibuprofen's stomach and asthma cautions, pseudoephedrine's blood-pressure, heart, thyroid and MAOI exclusions — the questionnaire walks through them. Sinus pain with high fever or swelling around the eyes is same-day GP territory.
