About Puremar Hypertonic Sea Water Nasal Spray
Cold micro-filtered sea water in a fine spray: Puremar Hypertonic is the stronger-than-body salt concentration that draws fluid out of a swollen nasal lining and improves mucus removal, so a blocked nose from a cold, flu, sinusitis or hayfever opens up without a decongestant drug. Natural, drug-free, steroid-free and halal certified, for adults and children. 100ml can.
Why sea water
Sea water carries the trace minerals of the ocean as well as salt, and cold micro-filtration keeps them while removing anything unwanted, with no preservatives. The hypertonic strength adds a physical decongestant effect by osmosis: no rebound, no seven-day limit, so it can be used through a whole cold or pollen season.
How to use
Tilt the head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril and press for a short spray; repeat on the other side, then blow the nose. Use two to four times a day while blocked; it may tingle briefly.
Good to know
One can per person; wipe the nozzle after use. It can be used alongside any cold, sinus or hayfever medicine and in pregnancy. For everyday rinsing and dryness, the isotonic version is gentler.
