Plain water rehydrates slowly and sends much of itself straight through; water with the right electrolytes is absorbed faster and held longer, which is why oral rehydration works. Phizz uses that principle for everyday life: a heavy gym session, a long flight, a hot day, a cold or a hangover, and the ordinary afternoon slump.

Dissolve one tablet in 300 to 500ml of water and drink. One a day is the standard; a second is reasonable after heavy sweating or a long-haul flight. Not for children under 12.
