About Paramol

Who the 24 pack suits
For pain that runs the full three days at the maximum dose, 24 tablets covers it without a second trip. It's capped at one per order and carries the opioid one-per-basket rule, because a bigger pack of an opioid is not a reason to take it for longer.
How to take
Adults and children 12+: one or two tablets every four to six hours as needed, never more than eight in 24 hours, as the pack directs. Maximum three days. Don't drink alcohol with it, and don't drive if it makes you drowsy.

Dihydrocodeine is an opioid and can cause addiction — hence the three-day rule, the questionnaire about recent opioid use, and the per-order cap with a pharmacist reviewing every purchase.
