About NeilMed Sinus Rinse

Each premixed sachet dissolves into a soothing, pH-balanced saline solution for large-volume, low-pressure nasal irrigation — clearing out the mucus, allergens and irritants behind sinus congestion, colds, hay fever and allergy. Isotonic as standard, hypertonic with two or more sachets.
Why large volume and low pressure
A gentle, high-volume flush reaches the whole nasal cavity and washes it properly, where a fine spray only mists the front of the nose. Preservative-free, iodine-free and drug-free, so it can be used daily — and it works alongside your existing hay fever or sinus treatments rather than replacing them.
How to use
Dissolve one sachet in 240ml of water in your NeilMed bottle, then rinse gently as directed. Two or more sachets make a stronger hypertonic solution for heavier congestion.
Good to know — water safety
Never use untreated tap water. Use distilled, micro-filtered, reverse-osmosis or previously boiled-and-cooled water, as the pack instructs. Clean the bottle after every use, replace the device as directed, and never share it with anyone.
