Product overview
About Lemsip Max All in One Capsules
Everything the Lemsip mug does, in a capsule you can take at your desk: paracetamol, phenylephrine and guaifenesin covering chesty cough, fever, headache, body aches, blocked nose and sore throat. For the cold you have to work through. 16 capsules.
Capsules or the hot drink?
Identical actives, different moments. The hot drink suits the sofa and bedtime; capsules suit the commute, the office and anywhere a steaming mug isn't practical. Plenty of people run both through the same cold — capsules by day, hot lemon at night. Just never double-dose within the same 4–6 hours.
How to take
Adults and children 16+: swallow two capsules with water every 4–6 hours, no more than 8 capsules in 24 hours. Do not combine with any other paracetamol product — including Lemsip sachets taken too soon.
Good to know
The decongestant makes this unsuitable alongside high blood pressure or heart conditions without advice — our pharmacist can point you to a safer combination if needed.

Frequently asked questions
Capsules or sachets?
Same medicine. Capsules for out and about, the hot drink for home comfort — many people use both across a cold, spaced 4–6 hours apart.
How many do I take?
Two capsules every 4–6 hours, maximum 8 in 24 hours, ages 16 and over.
Who should check first?
Anyone with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or thyroid problems — the decongestant isn't suitable for everyone.
