About Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules

Lemsip's hot-drink relief in a swallow-and-go capsule: paracetamol for fever, headache, sore throat and body aches, phenylephrine to shrink a blocked nose, and caffeine to cut through the cold-day fog. Effective relief for the five big cold and flu symptoms, no kettle required. 16 capsules.

Capsules vs the hot drink

Same Max-strength thinking, different moment: the sachet is for the sofa; capsules are for the commute, the desk and the school run. Discreet, tasteless and dosed identically wherever the day catches you sneezing.

How to take

Adults and children 16+: two capsules up to four times daily with water, leaving at least four hours between doses. Maximum 8 capsules in 24 hours. Don't combine with any other paracetamol or decongestant product.

Good to know

The paracetamol rule is absolute: one paracetamol product at a time, always. Phenylephrine isn't for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or on antidepressant MAOIs — ask our pharmacist if unsure. Flu that isn't improving after a week, or breathlessness, needs a GP.
