About Lemsip Max Capsules (8 pack)
The day-pack of Lemsip's swallow-and-go formula: paracetamol for fever, headache, sore throat and aches; phenylephrine for the blocked nose; caffeine to cut the fog — eight capsules, which is two days of doses to carry a cold's worst stretch. No kettle, no sachet, no taste.

How to take
Adults and children 16+: two capsules up to four times daily with water, at least four hours apart, maximum 8 capsules in 24 hours. No other paracetamol products alongside — ever.
Good to know
The decongestant isn't for high blood pressure, heart disease or MAOI users — our pharmacist can point to alternatives. A flu that's worsening after a week needs a GP, not another packet.
