Contains paracetamol
Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product. Never exceed the stated dose — overdose can cause serious liver damage.
Decongestant cautions
Contains phenylephrine — ask a pharmacist first with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, glaucoma, prostate trouble, or if you take antidepressants (MAOIs). Do not combine with other cold and flu remedies.

How to take

Contains paracetamol — nothing else with paracetamol alongside, including hot-drink sachets. The decongestant needs a pharmacist check with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or thyroid problems. Symptoms beyond ten days, a high fever that won't settle, or breathlessness need a GP.
