Contains aspirin — not for under-16s
Aspirin is linked to Reye's syndrome in children. Not with stomach ulcers or aspirin-sensitive asthma, and check with a pharmacist if you take anticoagulants.

Why dissolve it

Dissolved medicines skip the breakdown step, so relief starts sooner — useful when a migraine is building and minutes matter. Dissolving aspirin also spreads it thin rather than resting a tablet against the stomach lining.

How to take

Adults and children 16+: dissolve fully in a glass of water, per pack dosing, ideally after food. Strict paracetamol counting applies — nothing else containing it.

Good to know

All aspirin rules hold: 16+, no ulcers, no aspirin-sensitive asthma, pharmacist check with anticoagulants. Soluble formats also carry sodium — worth knowing on a restricted-salt diet.
