The firmer jet in the Sinex Saline family: isotonic sea water with aloe vera, delivered with enough force to shift proper congestion — still completely drug-free, suitable from age 3. 120ml.

Gentle or Strong?

Same drug-free sea water; the difference is delivery. Gentle mists for toddlers and tender noses; Strong jets deeper for older children and adults with heavier congestion — the drug-free option that still feels like it's doing something.

How to use

Spray into each nostril as needed, ages 3 and up. No rebound congestion, no 7-day ceiling — saline can run the whole length of a cold.

Good to know

If congestion needs more than saline can give, a medicated spray (like Sinex Micromist) can take over for up to 7 days — then saline resumes. That tag-team is the sensible way through a long blocked spell.
