Why micro-diffused sea water
A hypertonic salt concentration pulls fluid out of a swollen nasal lining by osmosis, a physical decongestant that opens the passages so the sinuses can drain. Copper adds a mild antibacterial effect; eucalyptus brings the open-airway feeling of a menthol rub. It's the version to reach for when a cold has settled in the face, and the one to keep using after the seven days allowed on a medicated spray such as Sudafed Sinus-Ease.
How to use
Tilt the head, spray briefly into each nostril, wait a moment, then blow the nose. Two to six times a day while blocked. From 3 years.
Good to know
A brief tingle from the salt is normal. Sinus pain with a high fever, swelling around the eye, or lasting more than ten days needs a GP. For a baby, use the Kids spray; for everyday rinsing, the isotonic daily one.

Can children use it?
