The everyday nasal rinse: an isotonic sea water spray that cleanses the nose of dust, mucus and allergens, helps you breathe more easily and, used daily, helps prevent colds taking hold. 100% natural micro-diffused sea water, free from steroids, drugs and preservatives, from the brand GPs recommend most for nasal hygiene. 100ml can, about a month of daily use.
Why micro-diffused sea water
Sea water carries trace elements and marine minerals as well as salt, and Sterimar's micro-diffusion turns it into a fine, gentle mist that reaches the whole nasal lining without force. At isotonic strength it matches the body's own fluids, so it rinses away dust, pollen, mucus and the debris of a cold without any sting, and leaves the lining moist, which is the nose's own defence against viruses.
How to use
Tilt the head slightly to one side, insert the nozzle and press for a short spray, then repeat on the other side and blow the nose. Once or twice a day for daily hygiene, more during a cold or the pollen season. Suitable from 3 years; the Kids version covers babies from 3 months.

Drug-free, so it can be used alongside any cold, sinus or hayfever medicine, in pregnancy, and before a steroid nasal spray to clear the way. One can per person. Also in a 50ml travel size.

What's the difference between Sterimar Breathe Easy Daily and the other Sterimar sprays?
This is the isotonic, everyday one for hygiene and mild congestion. The Sinusitis, Congestion Relief and Stop & Protect versions are hypertonic or enriched for a properly blocked nose.
Can I use it every day?
Yes, that's the point of it. It's sea water with no drug, so there's no limit and no rebound.
Is it the same as saline?
Same salt strength as isotonic saline, but natural sea water with its trace elements, and preserved by the can's filtration system rather than additives.
