How to use

Chew one piece slowly as symptoms strike; repeat an hour later if needed, up to the pack's daily maximum. Adults and children 12+.

Good to know

Sugar-free — kind to teeth. As with all antacids: if you need it most days for weeks, have difficulty swallowing or are losing weight, see your GP. High doses of calcium can interact with some medicines — ask the pharmacist if you take regular medication.
