How to take

Adults and children 12+: dissolve fully in a glass of water, follow pack limits, space doses at least 4 hours. No other paracetamol products alongside.

Good to know

Double sodium note: soluble tablets carry salt, so frequent multi-day dosing matters on a restricted diet. And the caffeine makes a late-night dose a false economy — plain paracetamol covers the small hours better.
