Nasal stick: don't share, don't insert
Product overview
About the Olbas Inhaler
Olbas Oil in your pocket: the inhaler stick carries the same plant-oil vapour in a capped tube, so a blocked nose on a train, at a desk or in a meeting gets the Olbas treatment without a bottle, a tissue or a spill. Uncap, hold under the nostril, breathe in.
Why a stick
Drops need a tissue and somewhere to put it; a stick is discreet, dry and always to hand, which is why it's the Olbas format for commuting, work and travel. It's also the tidy option for hayfever congestion in summer, when nobody wants to smell of a steam bowl.
How to use
Remove the cap, hold the tip just below one nostril, close the other, and breathe in slowly. Repeat for the other side as needed through the day. Replace the cap after use to keep the oils fresh.
Good to know
Don't push the stick into the nose and don't share it. Not for babies and young children; check the pack for the minimum age. For a whole family, the 30ml bottle is the better buy.

Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an inhaler stick last?
Around three months of regular use with the cap kept on; the vapour fades as the oils evaporate.
Can children use it?
It's for adults and older children; check the pack for the minimum age and use Olbas for Children drops for little ones.
Is it as strong as Olbas Oil?
The vapour is the same; the stick simply meters it through the tube. For a really stuffy head, the drops in hot water are stronger.
