About Oilatum Emollient Bath Additive
Treatment that happens while you soak: Oilatum's light liquid paraffin disperses through the bathwater and films the whole body's skin as you bathe — treating the dryness and itch of eczema and dermatitis everywhere at once, including the mid-back nobody can reach with a cream. 500ml.

Hot water strips dry skin; an emollient bath turns that daily loss into a daily treatment, sealing moisture in across every inch. For widespread eczema it's the base layer — creams then top up the worst patches.
How to use
Add the measured capful(s) to a warm (not hot) bath and soak for 10–20 minutes. Pat dry gently — don't rub the film off — then apply leave-on emollient where needed.
Good to know
Two cautions, both real: the bath becomes genuinely slippery, and paraffin residue on fabric is flammable — rinse the tub, wash towels regularly, keep away from flames.
