A five-minute treatment gets done properly rather than half-done, and because it works physically rather than chemically, lice cannot become resistant to it the way they did to the old insecticides.
How to use
Apply to dry hair, work through from roots to tips, leave for the time on the pack, then rinse. Comb through with the detection comb, and repeat after 7 days to catch anything that hatches later — that second treatment is not optional.
Good to know
Check every head in the house the same day and treat everyone who has live lice together, or they simply pass back and forth. Itching can linger for a few days after successful treatment — the comb, not the itch, tells you whether it worked.
