About Hycosan Extra

The step-up Hycosan: 0.2% long-lasting sodium hyaluronate — double the Original's strength — for persistent and severe dry eyes. Preservative free from the COMOD bottle: ~225 measured drops, usable for six months after opening, contact lens compatible. 7.5ml.

When Original isn't holding

If drops are needed every hour, or dryness blurs afternoons, thicker 0.2% hyaluronate stays on the surface longer per drop — more relief, fewer applications. The one-click-one-drop bottle means the 225 drops are real, not spillage.

How to use

Prime before first use; one drop per eye as needed. No preservatives means no irritation ceiling on frequency.

Good to know

Severe dry eye deserves a cause hunt — blepharitis, gland dysfunction and medications are all common and all addressable. Our pharmacist or an optometrist can point the way.
