About E45 Cream (500g pump)

The white pump on half of Britain's bathroom shelves: E45's clinically proven emollient — white soft paraffin, light liquid paraffin and hypoallergenic lanolin — treating dry, flaky, itchy skin, eczema, dry psoriasis and sunburn. 500g, the size for families who use it properly.

Why E45 endures

The paraffins seal moisture into skin that leaks it; Medilan lanolin softens without the sensitising baggage of older lanolins. Unperfumed, uncoloured, and dermatologically bland in the best possible way — which is exactly what compromised skin wants, applied generously and often.

How to use

Smooth into the skin as often as needed, always after washing, in the direction of hair growth. The pump keeps the tub uncontaminated and one-handed.

Good to know

Paraffin-based creams carry the fabric fire caution — wash bedding regularly, keep away from flames. Weeping or crusted eczema needs treatment beyond an emollient; keep moisturising alongside whatever the GP adds.
