How to take
Adults and children 16+: 15ml up to four times daily. Leave at least four hours between doses. Sugar-free, so kind to teeth during a week of dosing. Never combine with other paracetamol products.
Good to know
The paracetamol double-up rule applies — no Lemsip, no paracetamol tablets alongside. Not with high blood pressure or heart disease (the decongestant), and a cough lasting over three weeks, or with blood or breathlessness, is GP territory.
