About Bloateze
Two wind-fighters in one tablet: simeticone collapses the gas bubbles that stretch the stomach, and activated charcoal soaks up the gas and the compounds that cause it. Why the combination
Simeticone alone is the standard anti-foaming agent — it turns lots of small, painful bubbles into gas that passes easily. Charcoal adds adsorption, binding gas and the irritants behind it. Together they suit the after-a-big-meal bloat, the fizzy-drink balloon, and the cramping that comes with trapped wind.
How to take
Take as directed on the pack, typically after meals and at bedtime. Because charcoal can bind other medicines, leave at least two hours between Bloateze and anything else you take. Check the pack for the minimum age.
Good to know
Charcoal turns stools black — harmless, but expected. Bloating that's persistent, comes with weight loss, blood, or a change in bowel habit, or that's new after 40, needs a GP rather than a wind tablet.
