Contains paracetamol
Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product. Never exceed the stated dose — overdose can cause serious liver damage.
Decongestant cautions
Contains phenylephrine — ask a pharmacist first with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, glaucoma, prostate trouble, or if you take antidepressants (MAOIs). Do not combine with other cold and flu remedies.
Persistent coughs need review
A cough lasting over three weeks, with blood, or with breathlessness or chest pain should be assessed by a GP.

How to take

Take as directed on the pack with water, leaving the stated gap between doses and never exceeding the daily maximum. Not for children below the age on the pack. Plenty of fluids helps the expectorant work.

It contains a full dose of paracetamol — no other paracetamol products alongside. The decongestant means a pharmacist check with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or thyroid problems. A cough beyond three weeks, or with blood or breathlessness, needs a GP.
