Daytime cold and flu relief built for keeping going: max-strength paracetamol for the headache, sore throat, aches and fever, phenylephrine for the blocked nose, and caffeine to push back against the fog. 16 capsules.

Why caffeine is in there

Partly for the obvious reason — colds are exhausting — and partly because caffeine measurably boosts paracetamol's pain-relieving effect. The practical consequence: this is a daytime capsule. Take it at bedtime and you'll regret it.

How to take

Adults and children 16+: dose per pack, spaced at least 4 hours apart. No other paracetamol products alongside, and go easy on coffee while taking it.

Good to know

Pair it with a caffeine-free paracetamol product for night — spaced correctly — and you've covered the full 24 hours without doubling anything up. Our pharmacist can map the timings if in doubt.
