Adults 18 and over: two sprays into each nostril each morning to start, dropping to one spray into each nostril once symptoms are under control — as directed on the pack, aiming slightly away from the centre of the nose. Keep using it daily even when symptoms settle. Don't use continuously for more than one month without seeing a GP.

Ask a pharmacist first if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you've had recent nasal surgery or infection, or take other steroid medicines. Mild nosebleeds or dryness are the usual side effects. Pairs well with a non-drowsy antihistamine for itchy eyes.
