About Boston Advance Conditioning Solution
The conditioning solution for rigid gas permeable (RGP) and hard contact lenses: Bausch + Lomb's Advance Comfort Formula wets, soaks and disinfects overnight in one step, leaving lenses cushioned and comfortable to insert in the morning. Sterile, 120ml. Not for use with soft lenses.
Why RGP lenses need their own solution
Rigid lenses don't hold water the way soft ones do, so they need a conditioning film to feel comfortable on the eye. Boston Advance builds that wettable cushion while it disinfects — pair it with Boston Advance Cleaner for the daily rub-clean and you have the complete RGP routine.
How to use
After cleaning and rinsing, fill the case with fresh conditioning solution and soak lenses for at least the time stated in the leaflet (overnight is ideal). Insert straight from the solution. Discard the used solution every time — never top up.
Good to know
Check the date-after-opening and replace the case regularly. Red, painful or light-sensitive eyes mean lenses out and a same-day optician visit.

No — it's formulated for rigid gas permeable and hard lenses only. Soft-lens wearers need a multi-purpose solution such as ReNu.
Do I still need a separate cleaner?
Yes for best results — Boston Advance Cleaner does the daily rub-clean, and this solution conditions and disinfects during the soak.
How long should lenses soak?
At least the minimum time in the leaflet — overnight is ideal. Always use fresh solution and never top up what's already in the case.
