Cavities, gum problems and bad breath all start with bacteria — and teeth are only 20% of your mouth's surface. Total's formula keeps working on all of it between brushes, which is what separates it from ordinary fluoride pastes that clean and clock off.
How to use
Brush twice daily for two minutes, morning and last thing at night — and spit, don't rinse: rinsing washes the fluoride away before it finishes working. Supervise children under 7 with a pea-sized amount.
Good to know
Pair with an interdental brush or floss for between-teeth cleaning — toothpaste can't reach where most gum problems start.
