What the 6-in-1 covers
Fewer plaque bacteria, healthier gums, stronger enamel via fluoride, fresher breath, cleaner feel, whole-mouth reach — mouthwash gets to the 80% of the mouth a brush never touches, which is why dentists suggest it as the third step after brushing and interdental cleaning.
How to use
Rinse with 20ml for 30 seconds twice daily after brushing, then spit. Don't rinse with water afterwards, and — as with toothpaste — the fluoride works best left alone. The intense mint is genuinely intense; the Extra Mild variant exists for a reason.
Good to know
Mouthwash supplements brushing and interdental cleaning — it doesn't replace either. Not for under-12s.

Does mouthwash replace flossing?
No — liquid reaches everywhere but doesn't scrape plaque off contact points. Interdental brushes or floss still do the mechanical work.
