Soothing vs moisturising

Alvita's Moisturising drops are for plain dryness; the Soothing drops are for eyes that feel irritated — after pollen, smoke, wind, swimming or a long day. They lubricate in the same way but are formulated to calm as they coat.

How to use

Tilt the head back, pull the lower lid down gently and place one drop into the pocket, then blink to spread it. Repeat as needed. Keep the nozzle away from the eye, and discard by the date-after-opening on the pack.

Good to know

Irritation from a foreign body, a chemical, or an infection (sticky discharge, one very red eye) needs a pharmacist or optician rather than soothing drops. Ongoing irritation deserves an eye examination to find the cause.
