How to use
When a craving hits, use one spray into each nostril. Don't sniff, swallow or breathe in as you spray, so the nicotine stays on the nasal lining. Use up to twice an hour, and no more than 64 sprays a day. Some nose and throat irritation, sneezing or watery eyes is normal at first and usually settles within a week.
