Relactagel Vaginal Gel is a treatment for bacterial vaginosis (BV) that relieves the unusual discharge and unpleasant fishy odour of BV and helps restore the natural, slightly acidic pH of the vagina. It's hormone-free and antibiotic-free, and can help prevent BV returning. 7 x 5ml.

How it treats BV

BV develops when the vaginal pH rises and the natural balance of bacteria is disrupted. This treatment lowers the pH back to a healthy level, easing the odour and discharge of BV while supporting good bacteria.

How to use

Use one application into the vagina, ideally at bedtime, for the course shown on the pack. Use after your period or after sex can help prevent BV returning.

When to see a pharmacist or GP

Speak to a professional for a first episode of BV, if symptoms persist beyond a week, if BV keeps recurring, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
