How alkalinising relief works

Cystitis pain is acidic urine crossing inflamed bladder tissue — sodium citrate raises urinary pH so it stops stinging. That's symptom relief with a mechanism, not just comfort: less burning means you can keep drinking fluids, which is half of what beats mild cystitis.

How to take

One sachet dissolved in a glass of water, three times daily for two days — the box is exactly one complete course. Keep water intake generous throughout; avoid caffeine, alcohol and acidic juice while symptoms last.

Good to know

For mild cystitis in women. If symptoms outlast the 48-hour course, worsen, or come with fever, back pain or blood — that's a GP or 111 conversation, possibly needing antibiotics.
