It's made from extracts of freshly harvested Arnica montana flowers in a cooling, fast-absorbing, non-greasy gel. 100ml tube.

Arnica has been the go-to herb for knocks, strains and overworked muscles for generations — the gardener's back, the gym DOMS, the bruise from the coffee-table corner. Atrogel uses fresh rather than dried arnica, in a light gel that massages in easily and doesn't announce itself like a menthol rub.
How to use
Massage a small amount gently into the affected area two to four times daily. For external use only — keep off broken skin, and wash your hands after applying.
Good to know
