A flora-first take on thrush

Antifungals kill candida; FloraPlus makes the environment hostile to it — blocking adhesion and boosting the good bacteria that normally police yeast. That makes it useful for mild episodes, for women who can't take azole antifungals, and as follow-through after antifungal treatment to discourage the rebound thrush so many women know too well.

How to use

One tube's contents applied internally daily for five days — the pack is one course. Use at bedtime for best contact time.

Good to know

First-ever thrush symptoms, more than two episodes in six months, pregnancy, or symptoms that don't ease within days — all GP or pharmacist conversations. Severe classic thrush may still want a conventional antifungal.
