Non-medicated. 5 shower tablets.

Why vapours in the shower

Steam alone helps a stuffy head; steam carrying menthol and camphor scent feels like it helps a great deal more, because the cooling sensation in the nose and throat makes breathing feel easier even though the cold is unchanged. It's the VapoRub experience without rubbing anything on, and it's non-medicated, so there's nothing to dose and nothing to interact.

How to use

Place one tablet on the shower floor out of the direct stream, run the shower hot, and breathe in the vapours as it dissolves over several minutes. One tablet per shower.

Good to know

Not a medicine and not a treatment; for the symptoms themselves, VapoRub on the chest or a cold remedy from our cold and flu range. Keep out of eyes, don't swallow, and check the pack for the minimum age. Tablets make the shower floor slippery; stand clear of the fizzing tablet.
